ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS:

• I understand that improperly repackaged returns may be subject to additional handling or shipping damage charges, and that detailed repackaging instructions are provided below and at the end of this test.
• I acknowledge that the Return Authorization number (RA) enables iWALKFree to identify my return and issue the refund to the correct person. As such, returns received without an RA number cannot be processed.
• I acknowledge that I will not use return to sender or refuse delivery of my iWALKFree product as a means to initiate my return, and iWALKFree is not responsible for processing returns if I use these methods.
• I understand that the returned item must be shipped to the address shown on the Return Authorization provided by iWALKFree

Sorry! We are unable to process your return

Credit card companies require that refunds must be issued by the company that made the original sale. We’re sorry, but if you did not purchase your iWALK crutch directly from us (iWALKFree, Inc.), then the credit card companies will not allow us to process the refund. Please contact the seller that you purchased your iWALK from to initiate the returning process.

Before you return your crutch to the company you purchased it from, we will show you the easiest way to repackage it.

If you need to return the entire crutch, then please understand that third party sellers like Amazon, Walmart and eBay require that you process the return through them directly.

Amazon Return Instructions

• Login to your Amazon account
• Select –“Orders” – {found in the right side of the task bar}
• Find your iWALK3.0 order and select – “Return Item”
• Choose the iWALK3.0 as the item you would like to return
• Select your reason for the return.
• Next, you will need to choose the type of pick-up/drop-off method for shipping the return that works best for you. Once you selected a method of return, select - “submit” –
• Amazon will provide you with a return label/return authorization number and you can complete your return.

Walmart Return Instructions

• Login to your Walmart account
• Choose - “Purchase History”
• Select “Start a Return”
• Follow the prompts and select your iWALK2.0 order
• Return shipping options and instructions are provided at that time.
• For returns initiated online or through Walmart Customer Care, refunds are generally processed when the return package is first scanned by the carrier. You will see the refund on your payment card approximately 5 days thereafter, depending on your bank.

ebay Return Instructions

• Login to your ebay account
• Select – “My ebay” – {found in the top right corner}
• Choose - “Purchase History”
• Find your iWALK2.0 order and select – “Return your item”
• Select your reason for the return.
• Select Send.
• Return shipping options and instructions are provided by the seller.

It is necessary to acknowledge and accept iWALKFree's return policy to process your request.
