We’re sorry, but if you did not purchase your iWALK crutch directly from us (iWALKFree, Inc.), then the credit card companies will not allow us to process the refund. Please contact the seller that you purchased your iWALK from to initiate the returning process.
Before you return your crutch to the company you purchased it from, we will show you the easiest way to repackage it.
It is necessary to acknowledge and accept iWALKFree's return policy to process your request.
