IMPORTANT UPDATE INFORMATION:

Your iWALK crutch will have either a fabric Gate Strap or a plastic Gate Strap. The two are functionally equivalent. The fabric Gate Strap comes pre-installed. Installation of the plastic Gate Strap is shown in the Assembly video below.
