Would you like insurance to reimburse you for your iWALK crutch purchase? Would you like us to submit your claim, at no cost to you?

    • iWALK crutches are now covered by many insurance plans.
    • Filing your claim is a FREE SERVICE that we provide.
    • 100% of any reimbursement will go directly to you.
    • You must purchase your iWALK crutch from us (via website or by phone) prior to us filing your claim. Please note that insurance companies will not honor claims that we submit if crutch was purchased from a third party.

Exclusions: Insurance Plans that Do NOT cover purchases on our website: Medicare. Medicaid, HMOs, any insurance that requires in-network purchase. Sorry, these plans won’t cover purchases from the iWALK website.

Program Requirements

  1. Your insurance plan must reimburse for DME (Durable Medical Equipment) and allow for out-of-network coverage. If you’re not sure, don’t worry – we can check your plan on your behalf.
  2. You must provide us with basic information using the form below and authorize us to file your claim.
  3. Plan is limited to USA purchases and insurance plans.

Note: Our goal is to get the maximum reimbursement amount that your insurance will provide, however, all insurance plans are different and we cannot guarantee coverage or reimbursement amount.
