Program Requirements - How to Get Your Free Sample

This program is open to physicians and medical clinics only. To get the process started, complete the Physician Sample Request Form below.

Prerequisites

As with any orthopedic bracing, correct fitting and training of the user is essential to ensure proper function of the device. To appropriately evaluate the iWALK crutch it is essential that you (or someone on your staff) first obtain an understanding of:

  • Qualifications for Use
  • Basics of fitting the iWALK to patients
  • Basics of training the patient to walk on the iWALK crutch

Our instructional video (shown below) provides all this essential information. You or your staff can view the video, which is followed by a short online test. Upon successful completion of the test, your free sample will be sent.

After you receive your sample, you will want to practice your new skills. Videos of your fittings can be sent directly from your phone or computer by filling out our video submission form at the bottom of this page. One of our technical experts will evaluate your video and give you feedback to assist you in performing fast, effective, and safe fittings.
